  • Mechanisms for reporting questions and concerns
  • Questions and concerns reviewed and resolved in consistent, timely, and fair manner, and are tracked and elevated as appropriate
  • Enforcement-related contacts from regulators are managed, tracked, and escalated as appropriate 
  • Appropriate corrective actions taken in response non-compliance or occurrence of adverse events; root cause analyses conducted as needed
Roles and Responsibilities:
Senior Leadership Compliance Operations
  • Review reports and responses related to incidents of significant non-compliance or significant adverse events
  • Review reports of significant enforcement-related contacts from regulators
  • Ensure individuals are held accountable for following compliance requirements
  • Address incidents of noncompliance or adverse events as they arise and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken
  • Manage relationships with applicable regulators and address enforcement contacts
  • Report incidents of noncompliance and enforcement contacts to senior leadership, institutional compliance, OGC, Internal Audit, and others as appropriate
  • Implement operational changes as needed to address incidents of non-compliance and regulatory findings
  • Report suspected incidents of non-compliance and adverse events through appropriate university channels
  • Report regulatory enforcement contacts through appropriate university channels
