Susan joined the University’s Office of the General Counsel in 1996. Prior to her appointment at Yale, Susan served as Associate General Counsel at Christie’s Inc. and was an Associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Susan earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Wellesley College and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. Her work is focused primarily in the practice areas of Student & Academic Affairs and Trusts & Estates/Development.
