The office is located on the 6th floor of Whitney Grove Square, at 2 Whitney Avenue. The building is at the corner of Whitney Avenue (where Church Street becomes Whitney Avenue), and Grove Street. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
From Rt. 91 North or South: Take Exit 3, Trumbull Street. Turn left at the first light, onto Orange Street. Turn right at the first light, onto Grove Street. Whitney-Grove Square is on the corner of the intersection of Whitney and Grove Streets, one block after the Orange Street light. Parking is available in public lots on Grove Street between Orange and Whitney; space sometimes can be found on the street.
From Rt. 95 North or South. Exit onto Rt. 91 North and proceed as described above.
