Jessica joined the OGC as a Law Fellow in 2007, and has served as Assistant General Counsel since May 2008. Her main areas of practice include contracts, commercial transactions, intellectual property, research, libraries, and museums. Before joining the OGC, Jessica served as Associate Counsel of Ithaka Harbors, a not-for-profit organization with a focus on the use of information technologies in higher education, in New York. Jessica was a summer associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and at Allen & Overy in London. Jessica received a B.A. from the University of Chicago, with highest honors, in 1997, and an M.St. from the University of Oxford, where she was a Marshall Scholar, in 2001. Jessica received her J.D. from the Yale Law School in 2004. Jessica is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars.
