Kathy Schulz Practice Areas: Kathy joined OGC in September, 2008. Her practice focuses on international transactions, research and compliance, and she also practices general corporate and intellectual property law. Before joining Yale, Kathy served as Associate General Counsel at New York University from 1994 to 2008 where she headed NYU’s corporate, intellectual property and tax practices. Kathy practiced as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from 1987 to 1994. Kathy is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of College and University Law, and regularly speaks on international higher education and intellectual property topics. She received her B.A. from Ramapo College, cum laude, in 1983, and her J.D. from Yeshiva University, magna cum laude, in 1987. She is a member of the Connecticut and New York Bar. |
