Harold joined OGC in 1997. His practice areas at Yale include litigation, insurance, and records. Before joining OGC, Harold served as a law clerk for Ellen B. Burns, Senior U.S. District Judge for the District of Connecticut. Harold also worked as a Development Officer for the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, Jerusalem and was a correspondent with the AP-Dow Jones News Service in Hong Kong. Harold received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980, an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in 1985, and a J.D. from Yale Law School in 1996. He is a member of the Connecticut and Pennsylvania bars.
