Kenneth R. Miller Practice Areas: Ken joined OGC in February 1987. His principal focus is on transactional and regulatory matters related to the management of the Yale Endowment and other Yale-related funds by the Yale Investments Office. Other responsibilities include the University’s borrowing program, including issuance of tax-exempt debt, and monitoring compliance with statutory restrictions and contractual covenants associated with borrowing. He also handles antitrust and federal income tax matters. Before joining OGC, Ken worked at the Federal Trade Commission and practiced with private firms in Washington, D.C. and Boston. Ken serves by designation of Yale as a member of the Board of Directors of the Tennis and Baseball Foundations of Connecticut. Ken received his B.A. from Yale College in 1971, an M. Phil from Oxford University in 1976, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School and M.P.P from The Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, both in 1977. He became a chartered financial analyst in 2000. Ken is a member of the bars of Connecticut, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. |
