Deborah joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2006 as an Associate General Counsel. Her practice is focused primarily on investments and business transactions related to the management of the Yale Endowment. Prior to joining the OGC, Deborah was a corporate associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York City. She received her A.B. from Princeton University in 1996 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2000. She is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars.
