Stephanie joined the Office of the General Counsel in May 2008. Her practice focuses on investments and business transactions related to the management of the Yale Endowment. She is a fellow of Silliman College. Before joining the OGC, Stephanie was an associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr in Boston and at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. She also worked as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton in New York. Stephanie received her B.A. from Yale College, magna cum laude, in 1997, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2002. She is a member of the Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York bars.
